Established in 1980, the Sint Maarten Yacht Club promotes watersports, sailing, and youth sailing programs on the island. It hosts major events like the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta and the Caribbean Multihull Challenge, offers sailing classes, and features a bar and restaurant with scenic views of the Simpson Bay Bridge and passing yachts.
