ÀNI Anguilla

A cliffside private resort where the whole property is yours

private villa buyout multi-generational family trip milestone celebrations destination weddings all-inclusive luxury wellness retreat cliffside views kid-friendly

Why Go

Perched high above Crocus Bay on Anguilla's dramatic north shore, ÀNI Anguilla isn't a hotel you check into — it's a ten-bedroom private estate you take over, staff and all, for a family reunion, milestone birthday, or the kind of celebration that deserves its own coastline.

The Experience

Two contemporary villas — one with four bedrooms, one with six — sit side by side on the cliff, sharing two pools, two hot tubs suspended right at the edge, a night-lit tennis court, a spa, a gym, and a rooftop lounge that catches every sunset. You can book a single villa or the whole compound (up to 20 guests, more on request). What sets ÀNI apart is the all-inclusive rhythm: a discreet team of up to 20 staff quietly handles full-board dining tailored to your group, up to six daily spa treatments across the party, complimentary tennis and surfing and scuba lessons, cycling tours, kids' programming, babysitting, and beach BBQs down at Little Bay. There is no menu to choose from and no bill at the end of dinner — the chef simply asks what you feel like eating tomorrow.

What to Try

Take the four-minute footpath (or the property's boat) down to Little Bay, a horseshoe cove that most day-trippers reach only by kayak. Ask the team to arrange a private snorkel drop at Prickly Pear Cays, followed by grilled crayfish lunch on the sand. Book a sunset spa treatment on your villa's terrace ΓÇö the therapists will set up right where the cliff drops away. And do at least one dinner as a beach BBQ down at Little Bay rather than up at the villa; the staff carry everything down and set the table in the sand.

Insider Tip

ÀNI is genuinely a buyout property in spirit — even if you book only the four-bedroom, request a full-estate walkthrough on arrival so you understand which pool, hot tub, and lounge zones are yours versus shared. Groups that split the six-bedroom and four-bedroom between two families get the best value: you keep separate sleeping wings but share the chef, spa staff, and activity coordinator as one household. Also, mention dietary preferences and one 'dream meal' to the chef by email before you land — the pantry gets provisioned to order.

The Practical Stuff

Location: cliffside above Crocus Bay, on Anguilla's quieter north-central coast, about 20 minutes from Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport and 15 minutes from the Blowing Point ferry terminal (the standard arrival route from St. Martin/Sint Maarten). The property arranges transfers. Capacity: 10 bedrooms across two villas, sleeping up to 20 guests (additional on request). Rates are all-inclusive of meals, drinks, daily spa treatments, non-motorised activities, and staff. Best suited to multi-generational families, wedding parties, and corporate retreats booking 4+ nights. Book 6ΓÇô9 months out for high season (mid-December through April).

Pair It With

  • Little Bay Beach Guide — The secluded horseshoe cove directly below the property ΓÇö a four-minute walk or short boat drop from ├ÇNI, and the closest thing to a private beach on the island.
  • Crocus Bay & da'Vida — The neighbouring bay for a low-key lunch off-property; kayaks and paddleboards launch from here for the paddle over to Little Bay.
  • Prickly Pear Cays — A 20-minute boat charter from the north coast for the day ΓÇö powder sand, snorkelling, and a beach shack lunch that pairs perfectly with an ├ÇNI-arranged excursion.
  • Sandy Ground — When the group wants a night off-property, this is Anguilla's live-music strip ΓÇö head to Elvis' Beach Bar or the Pumphouse for rum punch and a band.
