Destinito Research
Caribbean travel, measured
We publish the data behind our own products. Each edition states what was measured, how, and where the measurement is weak — because a number nobody can check is not research.

What we mean by measured
Every figure in an edition comes from a dated observation, and every edition carries two gates it has to pass before its numbers publish: at least 99% of an island's departures must resolve to a named destination, and at least 95% must carry a seat estimate from a stated source. An island that fails a gate is shown as failing rather than quietly dropped.
Where we do not know something, the edition says so. Unestimated seats are reported as unestimated, not smoothed into a route average — a visible gap can be argued with, an invented number cannot.
