For dinner, split evenings between Marella (seafood-forward Italian pastas with an Anguillan bend) and D. Richard's steakhouse tucked inside the golf clubhouse. Ask about a walk through the on-site hydroponic farm ΓÇö most of what lands on your plate was picked that morning. And don't skip the Aurora Entertainment Park's climbing wall and pickleball courts, even if you think you're not that kind of traveler.

The two beaches feel like entirely different resorts ΓÇö Merrywing is the calm, shallow, kid-friendly side, while Rendezvous Bay is where you want to be at golden hour for the two-mile sand walk and the view of St. Martin's silhouette. Locals will tell you to grab a rum punch and time the walk for about 45 minutes before sunset. Also worth knowing: complimentary group golf clinics are included with your stay, so even non-golfers can dip a toe in without booking a private lesson.
