The Experience
You'll find this place by parking at Lit Lounge's sandy lot and walking north along the shoreline toward Elvis' Beach Bar until a small painted trailer materializes on the sand. There are no white tablecloths, no reservations podium, no dress code ΓÇö just picnic seating, the sound of the surf, and the smell of Johnny cakes hitting hot oil. Criss runs the kitchen while Darren works the boat, so the menu is dictated by whatever the sea gave up that day. Order at the window, grab a homemade sorrel or tamarind drink, and settle in for one of the most authentic beachfront meals in Anguilla. It's the kind of place where the owners will tell you exactly which reef your dinner came off of.
What to Try
The signature Cracked Conch is the headline act ΓÇö tender conch pounded thin, breaded, fried crisp, and dressed with the house pink remoulade-style sauce. The Lionfish is the sleeper pick: mild, flaky, and virtuous (lionfish are an invasive species, so eating them helps the reef). Every plate comes with fried Johnny cakes that are crispy outside and pillowy within. Wash it down with the sea moss or ginger lemonade, and if it's Saturday morning, come for breakfast around 10am.

Always call ahead ΓÇö 264-583-2644 or 264-772-0575. Because Darren catches the food himself, rough seas mean no dinner service, and posted hours (ThuΓÇôSun, roughly 6:30pm onward) are more of a suggestion than a promise. Cash is king here.
