The Experience
Walk in and the vibe reads more 'friend's beach house' than hotel restaurant: an open kitchen humming behind the pass, a wood-burning oven throwing warm light across the room, and big communal-feeling tables set with linen and local ceramics. Mornings are bright and unhurried — coffee, fresh-pressed juice and buttery pastries served à la carte or from the buffet as trade winds move through the space. Come evening the room softens into candlelight; Chef Lester Gumbs and team lean into Caribbean-Mediterranean plates built around whatever came off the Anguillian boats that day. What to Try
