Topper's Rhum Distillery is an award-winning micro-distillery in Cole Bay, Sint Maarten, producing premium rhum agricole from fresh sugarcane juice using traditional methods. They offer guided distillery tours (approximately 45-60 minutes) that include an introduction to the rhum-making process (harvesting, pressing, fermentation, distillation in copper pot stills), history of rhum in the Caribbean, and a tasting session featuring their signature expressions such as white rhum, aged rhums, flavored varieties (coconut, pineapple, vanilla), and limited releases.
